Great question, Diana, by the way! As someone with two kids under 5, I'm still traveling with a stroller (and two car seats), so this question was also top of mind. The site states that you can choose whether to send your car seats and strollers with your checked luggage. However, when I reached out to a Cast Member to do a little digging, he shared that while there isn't definitive language stating that you cannot use the Airport Luggage Transfer service for your stroller, there is a chance they could make you hold onto it and gate-check it at your departure gate. If you are asking about luggage services for your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort, I recommend emailing
Guest Services to confirm there isn't a policy prohibiting you from transferring your stroller through Airport Luggage Transfer. If you are asking about your return trip, then I suggest calling Luggage Assistance from your in-room telephone to verify. Since policies do change, I want to make sure that you have the most accurate information available for your travel dates.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to give you a definitive answer, Diana, but I hope this was still helpful. I know travel can be hectic, and not having to worry about your stroller would certainly relieve some of the hecticness.
