Ahoy Vanessa!
So excited to hEAR about your Disney Magic sailing with
Marvel Day at Sea. Like the Avengers, I’ll bet your crew can’t wait to assemble for this Western Caribbean itinerary with stops in Cozumel and
Castaway Cay.
As you already know, Disney Cruise Line does offer
ground transportation to and from Miami International Airport and PortMiami. To arrange for a wheelchair accessible lift on and off the buses,
contact the Special Services team. They take great pride in making sure you and your travel party have a MARVELous experience from start to finish. And we know how important starting a cruise adventure off on the right foot is!
Guests with special needs are asked to complete and submit the
Special Services Information Form at least 60 days before the start of their vacation or simply contact the Special Services team at (407) 566-3602 or SpecialServices@disneycruise.com. Keep in mind that Disney Cruise Line cannot guarantee all requests will be honored, but you can rest easy knowing that they will do their very best to accommodate your superhero party.
Did you know that Disney Cruise Line also offers
Port Adventures that are accessibility-friendly? Check out the list of offerings and make any requests for these Port Adventures with Special Services...it’s a snap! (Sorry Thanos, not that kind of snap.)
Summon your powers and message us at planDisney with more questions, Vanessa. We are always ready for a new planning mission!
