Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has got me just as excited! I remember my family’s first time at that frightfully festive event! We loved every moment! Let’s get some tips so your family can enjoy this fantastic party at Magic Kingdom Park!
Tip #1 – Take the day off so that you can enjoy the long night ahead! Let the family sleep in on the morning of your party day! Relax by the pool and even consider taking a nap. Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party lasts until midnight, so you’ll need all the energy you can get!
Tip #2 – Guests with tickets to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM, even though the party doesn’t begin until 7:00 PM! Take advantage of that extra time in the park!
Tip #3 –
Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade usually runs at 9:15 PM and 11:15 PM. If you think you can make it, try to go to the second parade. It tends to be a little less crowded than the first showing of the parade!
Tip #4 – Speaking of the parade, be in position at least 15-to-20 minutes prior to the parade. That is when the Headless Horseman makes his terrifyingly awesome ride along the parade route! This is my absolute favorite part of the parade!
Tip #5 – If you love taking photographs with the Disney characters, then Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is not to be missed! To use an Indiana Jones reference, I think the “golden idol” of the characters is actually seven characters! Yes, that’s right, all Seven Dwarfs can all be found at Pete’s Silly Sideshow in Storybook Circus! Don't forget to get the complimentary "autograph card" from this character meet-and-greet! It's a keeper!
