I see you have an upcoming stay at
The Villas at Disneyland Hotel - Discovery Tower. From the pixie-dusted path leading you to the tower to the colorful pool area, and the Guest rooms inspired by Disney Storytelling--every detail has been thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend making dining reservations at the
Palm Breeze Bar, located near the pool area. Every dish is so good!
Regarding your question, once you are in your room, you will call
Bell Services via your in-room phone to have your luggage delivered. There should be a button on the phone that says "Bell Captain" with an image of a briefcase. The Cast Member on the phone will ask you for the number on the claim ticket you received when you dropped off your luggage at Bell Services upon checking into the hotel. Make sure to hold onto that ticket; I like to keep it in my wallet!
Tip: Within 5 days of your arrival, you can complete the
Direct-to-Room service online or on the
Disneyland App. With this service, you will receive a notification when your room is ready and you can even access your room via a digital key on the Disneyland App.
