Welcome back to planDisney, Danielle! Wow, it definitely seems like you're about to have your hands full on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Managing plans for a large group can seem overwhelming but with the vacation planning tools available at your fingertips, it will be a breeze and I'm happy to walk you through it.
First things first, it sounds like all of your students' tickets are linked to at least one adult's
My Disney Experience app and you have your
Disney Park Pass reservations ready to go. What I suggest next is that all three of the adults link the students' profiles to their own My Disney Experience accounts through the "Friends & Family" list. That way, each adult will be able to make plans for everyone, and you can split up into smaller groups if you want to book a
Virtual Queue for
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, which limits the number of guests in each party to 10. If you're planning on using
Disney Genie+ service, be mindful that the party size limit is 12 so you will need to break into smaller groups to make
Lightning Lane selections.
Are you planning on having some Table Service meals together? With each adult linked to all the students in your group, you will be able to split up the group for making dining reservations as well. If you have multiple dining reservations around the same time, the restaurant Cast Members can usually seat you together or at least close by. For big groups, I usually recommend
Biergarten Restaurant at
EPCOT,
Boma - Flavors of Africa at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, or an awesome family-style meal at a place like
Whispering Canyon Cafe at
Disney's Wilderness Lodge. There are also Quick Service dining locations with big tables, like
Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue at EPCOT or
ABC Commissary at
Disney's Hollywood Studios, if you want to enjoy a quick bite together as a group.
I hope this answers your question, Danielle, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
