How do I plan a 10 year and 50 year birthday celebration on a cruise with family with 30+ people?

    Hello there, Sinmi!

From one Marylander to another, welcome back to planDisney. Like you, I’m a Guest who loves planning Disney vacations, and I find that some of my favorite Disney memories are celebrating birthdays during large multi-generational vacations.

Sinmi, I’m so glad that you reached out so early before your vacation because there is plenty of time to start making arrangements for these special occasions. If you are looking for special gifts, stateroom decor, and more, sign into “My Reservations” on the Disney Cruise Line website to fill out a Special Request form.

In addition, I recommend calling a friendly Cast Member to let them know about these special celebrations so that they can make sure these birthdays are recognized during your dining times on specific days with a special dessert and “Happy Birthday” song. The Cast Member will be able to walk you through any other options that are available for birthday celebrations aboard the ship.

Depending on where your cruise is traveling, you could get creative by celebrating the birthdays on a Port Adventure or ask your party to meet up for lunch to sing “Happy Birthday” on Disney Castaway Cay

May the magic be with you!
