To plan my WDW holiday wedding w/10 days stay for 10 ppl w/all the bells and whistles (Riviera Villa, Genie+, Park Hop, Character Dining, Meal Plan, Candlelight Processional, MVMCP, etc.), does the wedding planner plan our stay too or who do I contact?

Hi there Emily, I’d like to wish you a warm wedding welcome to planDisney!

My husband and I also got married during the winter here at Walt Disney World Resort; it was the most perfect time of the year with the holiday decor up and everything went perfectly thanks to the planning and coordination of Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings team! I actually spent years researching and finding ways to incorporate more magical moments throughout our stay like you're planning, and based on my experience as well as fellow Disney Brides and Grooms, here's what you can expect from your Disney Wedding planning process:

    • While throughout the process you'll be working with a number of different folks focusing on different parts of your wedding day, their primary focus will be on managing the venues and events that they are in charge of on the days of your celebrations that are booked through Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings. (This means that as far as events like your Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, Reception, Dessert Party, Park Shoot or Farewell Party they can help plan and coordinate these but the rest of your time here outside of your wedding events aren't typically planned by them.)
    • Personally what it sounds like you're looking for is an authorized travel professional who has experience with Disney Weddings, and for things like planning our stays and booking special events for us ours has definitely been super helpful! What I recommend is checking out wedding planning groups online for fellow DisBrides (where we found ours as well as some great planning advice) to learn from other couples' experiences, as well as other online resources like the Ever After Blog and Disney Wedding Podcast for even more wedding week inspiration.
Something that might be an intriguing option for you is to look into the Private VIP Tours for parties of up to 10 people, for a very customized experience comparable in price to the things we included in our Disney Wedding and it might not be a bad idea to reach out to them if you've got the budget for it! In the meantime Emily, you're always welcome to come back for any particular planning tips or advice from myself or fellow Panelist and Disney Bride Kay ahead of your big holiday wedding celebrations!

Here's to tying the knot during a truly magical time of the year!
