Hello I plan on visiting both waterparks on the same day,how far is it from Typhoon Lagoon to Blizzard Beach? Thanks

Hi, April!   The answer to your question is 30 minutes by bus (plus wait times for buses - transfer at Saratoga Springs) or about 15 minutes if you have your own car.

Now for my personal commentary!   While each water park is unique and fun, I am not sure I would take the time to travel to both locations in one day.  I would rather take the time it will take to pack-up, transfer, find a new place to drop all your stuff to simply enjoy 1 water park!    You will also need to use separate admission tickets (no "park hopping" option with the water parks.)

I know we all want to see and do as much as we can when visiting Walt Disney World, but make sure to take time to sit back and enjoy without rushing too much.   Don't forget, this is a vacation!   Relax and have fun!

Whatever you decide, make sure to pack plenty of sunscreen and enjoy your WDW magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
