    We plan on visiting oct 2013, and including the dining plan. I understand sometimes the dining plan is included at this time of year. If I pay 6 mo in advance and it becomes free would I get that portion of the price reimbursed, or should I wait to ad it

    Hi Kirsten!

         You have absolutely nothing to loose by booking and paying for your vacation early!  If a better deal becomes available, simply call Disney at 1-407-WDISNEY and if you qualify, they will refund your payment!!!  It is important to note that Disney will not automatically adjust your price, you must ask them to do so.  I would visit sites such as mousesavers.com and monitor all of the various deals and promotions that become available.  A little research on your part can save you TONS of money!!!  I wish you the best of luck and I hope that you have a wonderful vacation!
