Hi there, Hannia, and welcome to planDisney.
Oh my pixie-dusted heart! This question is sweeter than Winnie the Pooh's honey pot! I'm not sure what's more exciting: that you're bringing a big group for their very first visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, or that you're bringing a 2-year-old along for the adventure. Seeing the wonder through the eyes of a toddler is pure magic! Your niece is going to have the time of her life! I know this because I have a 2-year-old granddaughter and we've been bringing her to Walt Disney World since she was a baby.
One of the best things about a Disney vacation is that family-friendly fun is truly for everyone! Attractions are based on height requirements rather than age, and the great news is that there are many attractions that everyone can enjoy. For a comprehensive list of all the height requirements, I'm adding a link
HERE to help you.
I also want to share a link to a dedicated guide on the Walt Disney World website that covers
"Magical Experiences for Younger Children." You'll also want to check out information about
Rider Switch,
Baby Care Centers, and a helpful video from some of my planDisney friends about
strollers! Links like this were fantastic resources for me the first time I brought my little ones. And don't forget that a Guest under three years of age is considered a Guest of Mickey, so your niece will not need to purchase a theme park ticket to enjoy the magic!
Hannia, I'm not sure what you have planned for this amazing trip, but you're coming during the family-friendly spooky season. Be sure to check out the
Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information on all the fall offerings as they become available.
We love helping fellow Guests plan their very first visits, so please reach out with questions anytime. I'm wishing you a Tigger-ific vacation and memories to last a lifetime!
Happy planning!
Shonette
