Plan on visiting Disney in August 2010. Looking to stay at New Orleans Riverside. We have three small children and want a room close to the bus stop, pool, and dining. What building and room do you recommend?

    Hi Stacey!

I'm not sure of your children's ages, but I'm assuming as a family of five that you will be staying in the Alligator Bayou section which sleeps five to a room.

The buildings closest to the food court and main bus stop are numbers 14 and 15 in the Alligator Bayou. Buildings number 27 and 38 are closest to the main pool area, but are further away from the main building.

If you plan to only spend one or two days at the resort pool, I would probably opt for a building closer to the bus stop. Since you will most likely be using the busses every day it would be more convenient to be close to them and have a slightly further walk to the pool. The building that would be my first choice would be number 14.

Please keep in mind that requests are not guaranteed, but it never hurts to ask! I hope this helps. Have fun planning your vacation!
