I plan on visiting DHS on Dec. 12. Is the Fantasmic! Dinner package a must?

    Hi Stacie!

That is a good question.  The short answer is "no".  In terms of the expected crowds, you are going during a low to medium time.  You really should not have any problems getting into Fantasmic as long as you show up a little over 30 minutes before show time.  If you want a really good seat then I suggest showing up between 45 minutes and 60 minutes before showtime.

If you go with the Fantasmic Dining Package, you would still have to show up about 30 minutes before showtime and the reserved seating is off to the right and thus not as good as you could do on your own by arriving just 15 minutes earlier.

Fantasmic is fabulous!  It is definitely a "must do".  It is my favorite nighttime spectacular in all of Walt Disney World!
