I plan to visit WDW with my mother who uses a breathing device at night and needs her own bed, DS 17 with special needs also requires his own bed but can sleep on air mattress. Can only afford one room in moderate resort. What resort would you suggest?

Hi, Heather!  The moderate resorts each feature only two beds, however Port Orleans Riverside has some rooms that have a trundle bed.  The trundle is a bit on the small side, and I usually only recommend that you use that bed for a child of no bigger than ten or so, but if your son is used to an air mattress, he might not have any trouble with the trundle bed.

I don't know if you are set on a moderate resort, but I wanted to also mention the All Star Music Family Suites.  The suites will run you just a few dollars more in general than a moderate resort room, but you will have a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a television, plus in the living room, you have three options for fold out beds, including the full sized sofa sleeper and two single fold out beds.  This more than accommodates all of you in your own beds.  In addition, you'll have a microwave, a small refrigerator, and two full bathrooms.  The bathrooms alone can be a great benefit, and having the fridge and the microwave allows you to fix some simple meals, like breakfasts or snacks, to save you some time and money.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation!
