Hey there Darlene and welcome to planDisney!
You've picked a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. September is traditionally full of fall fun for everyone. If this year's schedule of events like
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom Park and the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival in EPCOT are any indication for next year you're sure to have an absolute ball. But where to put your party of 7? Well, I've got some ideas for you. Let's discuss some options to get y'all answering that magical call.
There are so many
Disney Resorts Collection hotels and there's something for a plethora of different budgets. But for your party of 7 to stay together, you'll have to consider a
Deluxe Villa. The best way to check is to actually use the Build Your Vacation tool on the Walt Disney World homepage. You can enter the specs on your vacation including the number of Guests and their ages and leave the specs set to All Resort Hotels and peruse what's available.
Pro-tip: If there are enough adults in your party, it may be worth it to consider booking 2 rooms at a Value Resort Hotel like
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort or my personal favorite,
Disney's Pop Century Resort. You may be able to come out with a few dollars saved. Use that booking tool and compare the possible options to see which one will be easiest on your pockets.
When you start to book your vacation, be aware that you do have the option to pay in installments. I do it all the time to take off some of the pressure of having to pay all at once. You can book a vacation package and choose the deposit option.
Pro-tip: Keep your eyes on the
Special Offers, Deals, & Discounts page even after you've booked. If a discount is rolled out that fits your vacation, you can
give the Cast Members over at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a call and they'll be able to help you apply it.
Darlene, I hope I've been able to give you some ideas to keep the budget down for your vacation. The more money you save means more money for Minnie Ears and DOLE Whips. If you have any other questions, please feel free to
come back for another chat!Happy planning!
