plan to visit March 6-10th 2011 ? is do you think I would still be able to get a family suite at AS music if I book 3 to 4 weeks before. Do those rooms sell out that time of year? Won't have the money for it until early Febuary. First visit so i'm confused

Hi, Renee!   Due to the popularity of the Value Family Suites, they do fill up quickly.  It will be fantastic when the Art of Animation Resort opens which will house many more of these fabulous, budget friendly suites (near Pop Century.)

This might help you out - if booking a Room Only package, you just need to put down a deposit equal to one night's stay, with the balance due at check-in.   If you book an entire package (room and tickets - with or without dining) you need to put down a $200 deposit with the balance due 45 days prior to your arrival.

If that still does not work within your budget, and the rooms are sold out by the time you book, perhaps you can opt for 2 standard rooms that are connecting.  You will not have the kitchenette in this scenario, but still have plenty of space.

I am so happy to hear you are planning ahead with your budget.  It will be much more fun when you know you have saved for it and have enough Mickey Dollars to go and enjoy the magic!    To save money when you are booking, look HERE for special offers, and avoid expensive add-ons like park hopping and Water Park options.  (nice to have, but pricey!)   Good luck to you!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
