Hello we plan to visit the magic kingdom on 23 or 24th December . We know the Mickey Christmas party ends on the 21st but will we still be able to enjoy the parade and fireworks ? What are the park hours and are all rides available ? Would We still enjoy?

Season's Greetings, Shweta! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about planning for a holiday visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth! From the decorations to the seasonal snacks to the special holiday offerings and merchandise, there's more magic than ever during the most wonderful time of year at Disney!

Shweta, visiting the week of Christmas, you'll find Magic Kingdom Park operating all attractions and experiences just like any other day, but you'll likely find some good holiday crowds as well, so just be sure to pack your holiday spirit and prioritize how to spend your time to make it the most magical for you! You might consider purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Single Pass to help navigate wait times on some of the more popular attractions if you're hoping to cut down on wait times during this popular season.

In checking the Park Hours and Events Calendar, at this time, Magic Kingdom is scheduled to be open from 9 AM to 10 PM on both December 23 and December 24. I'd recommend keeping an eye on the calendar as park hours are always subject to change. And don't forget if you're staying as a guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you can take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry starting at 8:30 AM on both of these days!

As for the Christmas entertainment, Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks is scheduled to light up the sky above Cinderella Castle at 8 PM on both of these days, offering guests an opportunity to see this show, which is otherwise only available during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! While Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is not on the schedule for Christmas week, you'll still be able to see Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away on both nights at 7 PM and again at 9:45 PM. I always recommend catching the second run of this new nighttime parade and finding a spot in Frontierland for lighter crowds and a better viewing experience!

Shweta, there's nothing like the magic of Disney at Christmas, so I know you'll have a wonderful time during your visit! If you have any other questions, come see us again here at planDisney!

    Happy Holidays,
    Alison
