    We want to plan a vacation starting Jan 2025. When will booking open for that time period?

    Welcome to planDisney, Melissa! 

    I definitely know the feeling of wanting to plan early for your vacation. Endless DOLE Whips and Mickey Mouse hugs await you at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Let’s get into what you can do to prepare for those magical moments to take place. 

    Be on the lookout for an announcement of the release date for the 2025 openings around late spring/early summer. To give you an example, the 2024 dates were opened for Disney Vacation Package and room-only reservation bookings in late May of 2023.  

    The Disney Parks Blog, the official Disney news website, will be the first to announce when the booking dates for January 2025 and beyond will be open to Guests like you and me. Also, follow planDisney on Instagram because we also will let you know when to put on your Mickey Mouse planning ears.
