Hi Brenda,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited that you are planning your 2022 vacation and I am more than happy to help you in the process.
First step, please set up a My Disney Experience account via the
Walt Disney World Resort website. You can also download the
My Disney Experience mobile app so you can make plans on the go. You will use the same sign in information for both the website and the app. Through My Disney Experience, you will be able to purchase and link tickets, purchase MagicBands, see Theme Park hours and much more. If you are looking to book
dining or
Disney Resorts Collection reservations, you can do that through My Disney Experience as well.
One of the other benefits of having My Disney Experience is that you are able to make
Theme Park Reservations for the Theme Parks you wish to visit. Once you have your tickets linked, you can create a Theme Park Reservation through the Disney Park Pass System. At this time, you must have BOTH a Theme Park Reservation and
Theme Park ticket to enter any of the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks. A Theme Park Reservation is needed for each day you will be in one of the Theme Parks.
Next, let’s think about your family and what they like to do! There are so many fun things to do for all ages throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Of course, there are the four Theme Parks:
Magic Kingdom,
EPCOT,
Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and
Disney’s Animal Kingdom. If you have little ones, Magic Kingdom has a ton of ride options for them to enjoy. If you have bigger kids and teenagers, maybe Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be more their speed. For the adults, I suggest a night out in EPCOT, where you can eat and drink around the world. Walt Disney World Resort turned 50 in 2021 and you will be able to take part in the celebration! Throughout all the Theme Parks, there are
Golden Sculptures for the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection. See if you can find all 50 for the
50th Anniversary!
You can also visit
Typhoon Lagoon, one of the Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks. Or visit
Disney Springs, where you can shop and dine to your hearts content.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you plan your trip in 2022. There are so many great things to do around the Walt Disney World Resort and I have just scratched the surface! Please feel free to reach out with any
other planning or vacation questions, I am always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
