    Hi - my plan has us at Hollywood Studios on Saturday July 9th. The park hours haven't yet been updated to show details of Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular. Is it confirmed that this new show will run every night from June 17th? Thanks

    It's always lovely to be able to answer a question from a fellow Brit!

    Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular is scheduled to open at Disney's Hollywood Studios on 17 June 2016. This all-new nighttime spectacular bursting with memorable Star Wars moments will be presented nightly (subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather).

    According to the Disney Parks Blog post from 20 May 2016 titled "New ‘Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular’ Fireworks Set To Make History at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Starting June 17", this new nighttime show will be the most elaborate fireworks display in this park’s history combining fireworks, pyrotechnics, special effects and video projections that will turn the park’s Chinese Theater and other buildings into the twin suns of Tatooine, a field of battle droids, the trench of the Death Star, Starkiller Base and other Star Wars destinations.

    It looks absolutely amazing and I can't wait to see it for myself this summer.

    Although the Park Hours on the Walt Disney World website haven't been updated to show the time that Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular will be taking place each day as of yet, it is an ongoing addition which weather permitting, will be taking place on the date of your intended visit.
