I want to plan a trip but want to make sure to do things that are special for my 9 year old little girl. What are the things for 9year olds....ie... biggity bobbity boop princess dress up? please help. or do you have a concierge person that can plan?

Hi Heather (great name by the way!)

Planning a magical trip for your 9-year-old princess is going to be so much fun! There are so many special experiences at Walt Disney World that are perfect for making lifelong memories together.

Let’s start with my girls favorite, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! Your little girl can transform into her favorite princess with the help of a Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices. From shimmering gowns to glittery hairstyles and pixie-dusted nails, it’s a moment she’ll never forget. Reservations can be made 60 days in advance of your preferred date, so make sure to book this magical makeover early, as it’s a very popular experience!

After her royal transformation, why not embark on a shopping spree fit for a princess? I suggest stopping by Basin at Disney Springs or Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This charming shop is filled with luxurious bath bombs, colorful bath salts, and sweetly scented soaps. Let her pick out some treasures to bring a bit of Disney magic back home. The mini “spa day” vibes are sure to make her feel extra special!

For even more magic, consider these experiences:

Dining with Cinderella and her friends at Cinderella’s Royal Table inside her iconic castle or joining Snow White at Story Book Dining at Artist Point for a fairytale feast is a great way to celebrate being a Princess. These dining experiences are sprinkled with character interactions and unforgettable moments.

Afternoon Tea at Garden View Tea Room (Grand Floridian) – If your daughter enjoys fancy tea parties, this elegant tea experience is absolutely charming. Treat her to finger sandwiches, pastries, and tea (or her favorite beverage).

After her Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover, take her to Cinderella’s Castle or Epcot’s France Pavilion for a photo session worthy of her royal attire. These moments make for magical keepsakes.

Lastly, consider a Fireworks Dessert Party. It’s a great way to end the day with a bang by reserving a spot at a Happily Ever After Dessert Party. Enjoy sweet treats and prime views of the fireworks show, it’s a picture-perfect ending to a magical day.

Wishing you and your little princess a trip filled with pixie dust and joy!
