Hi there, Keyarah, and welcome to planDisney!
It's always a treat to help a fellow American Mouseketeer say
bonjour to
Disneyland Paris. I'm so glad you stopped by with your question. I just returned from my own magical adventure across the Atlantic, so I'm happy to share my best tips for planning without sacrificing any of your travel budget on international calling!
While you're more than welcome to direct any inquiries to Cast Members using this
Contact Form, personally, I prefer to utilize the Live Chat feature available on the Disneyland Paris website. You'll see this appear as a small blue and white pop-up between the hours of 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM Saturdays, local Paris time. It is important to consider the time difference when using this feature, so I typically handle all of my Disneyland Paris planning first thing in the morning here in Georgia. If you don't immediately see the pop-up during the hours above, it's likely because all available representatives are currently assisting other Guests. Just check back periodically, and you shouldn't have a problem connecting with someone who can talk you through your
Hotel+Ticket Package options.
One of my favorite benefits of booking a Disneyland Paris Hotel+Ticket Package is the discounted prices offered on theme park tickets as opposed to those when booking a hotel and ticket separately. A stay at a
Disney Hotel also brings with it early entry and proximity to the theme parks, as well as delicious dining options, so the benefits aren't just financial.
Once you have more information on pricing, if you'd like any advice on where you should call your magical home away from home,
don't hesitate to ask! I'm always happy to help.
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
