I want to plan trip for Christmas 2021. What should we plan on seeing as far as festivals/lights/ parade? Btw there is one7 yr old princess with us.

    Greetings Jenny!

The Disneyland Resort truly is “The Happiest Place on Earth!”. It’s so fun to watch as “The Happiest Place on Earth”, become the “Merriest Place on Earth”. I truly do love visiting the parks during the holiday season.

In the past, Disneyland Resort has celebrated the holidays with decorations and lights that twinkle down Main Street, U.S.A., nightly. The lights didn’t stop there, Sleeping Beauty Castle shined and twinkled each night as well. In the past, it was also easy to find your favorite Characters, dressed in their best holiday outfits! I remember seeing my most favorite Pal, Mickey Mouse, in his green winter sweater. As this year has been a bit different, due to the current climate, we are unsure what exactly will be available this holiday season. Currently, certain experiences that draw large group gatherings, such as parades and nighttime spectaculars will return at a later date.

I’m sure as those winter months approach, Disneyland Resort will share, just exactly will be available this year, on the Disney Parks Blog. I’m certain that you and your princess are eager to return to the Disneyland Resort and I know that celebrating the holidays there definitely adds to the magic! Jenny, as we all wait to hEAR more about the holiday season, at Disneyland Resort, please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with as you plan for this visit. I know our time will come and soon we out-of-state visitors will be on our way back to the Disneyland Resort.

    Happy Holidays!
