Hi there, Tyler! A festive welcome to planDisney!
Good tidings I bring to you and your kin! I am so excited to hear you want to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth next year for
the holidays! I happen to be here right now, and oh by golly it's a holly jolly Christmas this year! Magic Kingdom is decked out in holiday decorations, and the towering tree that twinkles when you first enter is such a sight! Tyler, I would be more than happy to help you get started on your planning so you can be here next year! So, to quote one of my favorite Christmas songs, "giddy-up, giddy-up, giddy-up, let's go" ... book a Christmastime Walt Disney World vacation!
I understand that planning a big Walt Disney World vacation can feel overwhelming at first, but trust me, the planning process is part of the fun! Stopping by planDisney is a great first step. We are Guests just like you, who love planning vacations for our families so much that we want to offer you heartfelt advice from a fellow Guest's perspective. First, I recommend browsing the Walt Disney World website to explore the magical experiences and
Resort hotels that would be best for your family. You'll discover a variety of unique Resort hotels with their own personalities. Here at planDisney, we've created super helpful
planDisney Pocket Guides that highlight the differences between the various hotels, so you can find the one that fits your family perfectly—like Cinderella's slipper!
Once you have decided how many days you want to visit and picked your favorite hotel, you can begin booking your trip. Start by going to the top of the
Walt Disney World website homepage and selecting the "Build Your Vacation" option. If planning your own vacation feels overwhelming, you can always call a Cast Member at the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations number for help, too. Or, you can search online for an authorized Disney vacation planner. These professionals are well-trained to help with the booking process. When searching for planners, make sure to look for the "Authorized Disney Vacation Planner" logo, which features a Mickey Mouse hat on their webpage, as well as their "Ear-Marked" status.
Tyler, don't worry about planning all the details right away. You'll have plenty of time to explore restaurants, rides, dining plans, and experiences. Another great resource we offer is our
video library, which explains everything from Early Theme Park Entry, tips for parents, and some of our favorite thrill rides. Be sure to follow us on
Instagram, and as Mickey Mouse would say, "You are as welcome as can be" to come back to us anytime for advice, suggestions, or help with learning how to use your
My Disney Experience app or Lightning Lane Passes. Finally, I want to share a link for
Special Offers. While it's a bit early to find deals for next Christmas, be sure to check this link closer to your trip to see if any offers become available.
I
ho-ho-hope this helps you get started, Tyler! Have yourself a merry little Christmas this year... and next year, too!
See ya real soon!
