Hi Madison,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so happy to see that you came to us for assistance with your Walt Disney World vacation planning! In looking at your arrival date, we have no time to lose!
The good news is that everything you need to plan your trip is available online through the
Walt Disney World Website or the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. I am happy to help you navigate the online tools and, hopefully, that will get you started.
First things first, create a
My Disney Experience account. Everyone traveling with you needs to be listed or linked in your My Family & Friends List. If you have children traveling with you, you can add profiles for them through the My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If other adults are traveling with you who have their own My Disney Experience accounts, once you click Add a Guest, you will need to send them an invitation to connect using the email address that is associated with their My Disney Experience account.
Next, I would review the
Disney Resorts Collection hotel list. Then, compare prices across different resort hotels by using the
vacation package link. Once you click on that link, click on the link that says Book your Walt Disney World Vacation today. The system will then prompt you to enter your anticipated travel dates, number of people in your party, and ages of children traveling with you. If there are any available special offers applicable to the dates of your visit, they should populate as well. If not, double-check the
Special Offers to see if any would work for the dates of your visit.
Once you book a vacation package, be sure to
link that vacation package in My Disney Experience using the confirmation number. Once linked, you should be able to make payments online. Just log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and scroll down to your reservation details. Near those details, you should see a link that says Make a Payment.
As soon as your vacation package is linked, I suggest you make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. From that page, you can click on a link to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar. Given your arrival date, park pass reservations are already limited on some dates in July.
Madison, as you continue to plan, review the
attractions list to see height requirements if you will have little ones with you. Keep an eye on the
operational updates. And, when your
dining reservation window opens, make those reservations immediately! We are thrilled to welcome you for your next
Incredible Disney Day!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
