I plan on traveling to Disney World in March and I’m bringing my 7 month old baby. Is there somewhere on site to purchase diapers and formula? We won’t have a car and utilizing strictly Disney transportation. Thanks!

    Hey Ashley,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your great question about traveling to Walt Disney World Resort with little ones!

In my experience, traveling “the World” with tiny Mouseketeers requires some extra planning, but that’s exactly what the Disney Parks Moms Panel is here for! As the mom of a baby myself, I hope that my recommendations and experience help you have a magical and stress-free vacation.

Ashley, you will be happy to know that there are multiple options for purchasing diapers and formula at Walt Disney World Resort. The two I recommend are:

    1. Purchasing diapers and formula at Walt Disney World Resort hotel gift shops. Diapers and formula are normally located next to the personal toiletries and first aid items.

    2. Purchasing diapers and formula at the Baby Care Centers at any of the four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. All four Baby Care Centers have on-site shops that sell diapers and formula.

Please keep in mind that brands, options and sizing are very limited. Diaper packages are small and limited to one brand (currently Huggies). Formula is also limited to one type (Gerber) and comes in small cans.

For vacations longer than 3-4 days, I suggest traveling with your own formula and diapers. If you do not wish to travel with the items, or do not have space for them in your luggage, you can have them shipped to your Disney Resort hotel in advance of your stay. For shorter vacations of 1-2 days, the items in the gift shops and Baby Care Centers should suffice.

Ashley, I hope I have helped answer your question. If you have any other questions before your vacation, please visit the Moms Panel again.
