Your plan to visit the
water parks of Disney World is great! I truly feel like Guests are missing out on such a fun experience if they don’t visit the water parks at Disney World! The “base” 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket does not include a visit to the Disney water parks; however, you can purchase an “add-on” called the “Water Park & Sports Option.” This add-on allows Guests to visit the water parks (and other locations) at Disney World. The “Water Park & Sports Option” is a great deal!
Chris, depending on the date of your wedding and visit to Disney World, you might be able to take advantage of a
FREE visit to the water park! Guests staying at a participating Walt Disney World Resort hotel have free admission to the water park on their check-in day! This offer is good for arrivals through September 8, 2026. Good news! Mickey has announced that the free water park on check-in day perk will return in the summer of 2027! Dates for 2027 haven’t been announced yet, but the perk for summer 2026 dates included May 26 through September 8, 2026. My best guess is that 2027 dates will be similar to 2026.
Finally, Chris, don’t forget to pick up your complimentary “Happily Ever After” buttons! These are available at the front desk of your Disney World hotel or at
Guest Relations at any of the Disney Parks! It’s a great way to let fellow Guests and Cast Members know that you are celebrating your honeymoon! Consider the buttons a honeymoon gift from Mickey!
