We plan to surprise our 5 yrs old and 16 month old with a trip to Disney in late May. Is it better to bring our own stroller or rent from there? Would 2 umbrella strollers be better then our larger tandum sit/stand stroller?

Hi Jennifer. The great thing about bringing your own stroller, in addition to saving you money, is the convenience of having it wherever you go. If you are flying into Orlando International Airport, then it can be quite a walk to the Magical Express. It's super handy having your stroller waiting for you when you get off the plane. Also, the resorts are very large, and after a long day in the parks, it's awfully nice for those little legs to get to sit back and rest on the way from the bus stop to your room. As to which one to take, I would bring the one that combines comfort with ease, as you will need to fold it up and keep it with you on Disney transportation. I'm thinking the two umbrella strollers might be better, because it will also enable you to split up if one needs to go to the bathroom or back for a nap.

    Hope this helps Jennifer!
