    I plan on staying at the Disney Wilderness Lodge Nov 12-16. I was just curious is anyone known when they start putting up Holiday decorations at the hotel and throughout Disney World. Thank You!

    Hi Marisa!  Many of the resorts will begin their holiday decorating around November 8 and continue on until Thanksgiving week. By that time most things will be up and running including the great life size gingerbread creatures.

    The Grand Floridian gingerbread house will be up on November 10 and open for business on November 15.  Be sure and stop by to see this great holiday attraction before you leave.  Most of the other large gingerbread pieces in the other resorts will be up after you depart.  You will constantly see changes at your resort and in the parks during your stay. It will be like Cinderella's mice are working all night to bring you special magic by morning.  What a fun time for a Disney trip!
