Hello fellow Disney fan! It sounds like you’re planning an exciting visit to the Walt Disney World Resort later this year! You’ve come to the perfect place for planning advice!
First, you’re making a great choice by considering a Disney World Resort hotel! There are
wonderful benefits to staying in a hotel at Disney World! I’ll get into the details in a moment, but let’s answer that great question first!
Your room rate at a Disney World Resort hotel will not change based on how many Guests are in the room. You just can’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the room. If you are booking a room that can accommodate four Guests, then your plan to have no more than 2-3 people in your room at any given time will not change the rate. The rate you are charged is based on the resort you are reserving for that particular time of the year. Room rates are higher during high-demand times and lower during low-demand times.
I strongly encourage you to check the
special offers page of the Walt Disney World Resort website. You might find some good deals that will save you money as you continue planning your visit!
Now, let’s talk about the benefits of your great choice to stay in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel! First, Guests have the
Early Theme Park Entry benefit! This perk allows Guests (with valid theme park admission tickets) to enter any theme park, any day, 30 minutes before park opening! And, Guests staying at deluxe Walt Disney Resort hotel accommodations can enjoy
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours in select parks on select nights! This is one of my favorite perks!
Another great benefit of staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is getting to book your Lightning Lane reservations seven days before your check-in date! That gives you a nice head start on planning and will save you time when visiting the theme parks!
You’ll also have great benefits, such as being able to make Disney Dining reservations earlier than other Guests (60 days before your visit for up to 10 days of your vacation)! You’ll also have access to complimentary Disney Transportation, such as the Monorail and Disney Skyliner, as well as Disney bus and boat transportation!
Well, as my friend Maui likes to say, “Honestly, I could go on and on,” but I hope I’ve shared enough information to get started with booking your Walt Disney World Resort hotel! Feel free to come back to planDisney with more questions!
Dreams do come true!
