Hi Alisa! This is such a fun question to answer! Mickey, Minnie, and all of their pals love celebrating the holidays with Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort! It's awesome that you want to experience the happy haunts of Halloween as well as the joys of Christmas at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
The best way to answer this question is to look to the past to plan for the future. We know that the decorations are always up for the holiday parties held at Magic Kingdom Park. The last
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park is usually held on Halloween Night or on November 1st. Then, the first
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is traditionally held around November 7th or 8th. So, my advice would be to plan a visit for the last week of October through the first week of November! This will allow you the opportunity to see a good part of the transition from Halloween to Christmas!
Keep a few things in mind as you continue your planning. First, we don't yet if Magic Kingdom Park will be holding holiday parties this year. Also, dates of parties are always subject to change, so be sure to check the Walt Disney World Resort website and the
Disney Parks Blog for updates! Last year, there were no parties, but there were decorations and other special ways to honor the holidays! Last year, even without the parties, the Christmas season began at the Walt Disney World Resort on November 6th! Best wishes as you experience both the spirit of Halloween and the spirit of Christmas!
