I plan to stay with my baby and my toddler at the Pop Century but i'd like to know if it is possible to guarantee a room in the ground floor (because of my big double stroller) and if it's possible to make an early check-in and a late check-out. Thank you

    Hi Larissa,

Well, it is possible to make these requests although it is not always possible for them to guarantee such requests.  I have made certain similar requests (especially the ground floor request) and sometimes I have arrived, checked in and have not gotten a ground floor, but they usually try to accommodate me if at all possible, but I may have to wait a while in order to then check into my new ground floor room.  I guess my point is to go ahead and make your requests and if they can, they certainly will accommodate you, but please don't be disappointed if it's not possible.

I will tell you that they have elevators for all floors, so you won't need to go up stairs with your double stroller if you can't get a ground floor room.  It is very difficult most of the time to get early check-ins at the WDW Resorts and late check-outs I have found to be available based on whom you speak with and how busy they are on your check-out date.  Hope that helps and have a wonderful trip to WDW.

    Best wishes,
