Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ashley! Disney’s Bus Transportation will absolutely help you Park Hope to the fullest extent, but
parking at one park and ending at another can be a sticky widget!
You can find
Park to Park transportation at the Disney Bus Depots at each park, but it may be a slightly farther walk than the Resort Hotel area. Simply follow the signs and numbered bus stops to the proper area or ask a Cast Member for assistance. As far as parking at one park and then hopping a bus to another, that is more problematic. Theme park hours vary daily and are different from park to park, so the transportation hours park transfer buses may also vary. They often don’t begin until an hour or two after each park opens. Instead, you can opt for a LYFT or UBER, or my favorite solution is to pay for parking at Magic Kingdom (parking at the TTC), enjoy that Park, take the
monorail to Epcot, return to the TTC via the monorail and grab your car. Then, you can show your paid parking pass at Disney’s Hollywood Studios (you only have to pay for parking once a day!) and take the extremely short tram to the front of the park. You’ll only have to move your car once and evade the late bus transfer! There is an optional Preferred Parking if you’d like to be even closer to the front of the park for an additional fee… sometimes it’s worth the splurge! Just don’t forget what character lot you’re parked in, or you’ll end up wandering the lots like me and my dad did in the 1980s!
If I can help you plan another aspect of your Park Hopper Day or magical vacation, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
