Hi Rebecca, I would like for you to contact the Special Event Groups coordinator, Scott Harold at (407) 827-1580. You will need to leave a detailed message, and he will call you back. They deal with meetings and small groups and will be able to direct your needs. I know that you will have such a wonderful at this magical meeting with Minnie and Mickey!
