    I plan on skipping the front desk on check-in day and having breakfast at another resort before arriving at my resort. Would we be able to get our refillable mugs from a resort we are not staying in? Or would we have to come to our resort to get the mugs?

    Skipping the Front Desk upon arrival at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite features of the My Disney Experience Mobile App! Hooray for Online Check-In! You are more than welcome to get a Refillable Mug from any location that sells them!

    If you are on one of the Disney Dining Plans, you may redeem your Credit for a Refillable Mug once at any location that has them available. Most of the Resort hotels will have the same design options available too! When you pick them up, be sure to let the Cast Member know that you are on a Disney Dining Plan so you don’t have to pay for your Refillable Mugs!
