Can we plan riding (aka make riding reservations) at the Triple D Ranch for a day trip OR do we have to stay overnight at Fort Wilderness?

Howdy Melanie and welcome to planDisney!  We're so pleased that you've moseyed along to planDisney with such a great question for us to help you with.

My family and I have stayed many times within the rustic home-away-from-home-sweet-home Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  We simply adore this gorgeous Resort, we love everything from its peaceful atmosphere to its close proximity to the enchantment of the Magic Kingdom Park.

Melanie, I have some really fun news to share with you today!  All Mouseketeers aged 9 yEARs old and over are more welcome to giddy-up and enjoy Horseback Riding at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & CampgroundReservations for Horseback Riding can be made up to 60-days in advance by dialling the phone number contained within this link.  Or if you would prefer, reservations for Horseback Riding can be made in person on the day you wish to ride on a first-come, first-served basis.

I hope that I've been able to provide you with a little pixie-dusted insight today Melanie.  If you should have any further questions about your plans to visit the most magical place on earth, then please do pop back to me here at planDisney.  I'm always happy to help wherever I am able!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
