We plan to reserve for "The Disney Very Merriest After Hours" on December 19th. The $ cost fis $249 each person. Do we need another ticket for the day at Magic Kingdom? Or does this ticket cover us for the entire day

Hi Minal! That is a great question! Thanks for bringing it to planDisney!

The Disney Very Merriest After Hours event is a special ticketed event at Magic Kingdom Park. The event is from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. However, Guests who have purchased tickets to this event can enter the park as early as 7:00 PM! That is a great perk! I hope you’ll be able to take advantage of that early arrival time! Another great perk of the after-hours event is that it has limited capacity! That means low crowds and short waits! Guests with tickets to the event are not required to make a Disney Park Pass reservation to attend!

Your Disney Very Merriest After Hours event ticket will not allow you access to Magic Kingdom Park prior to 7:00 PM. If you want to visit the park during the day, you would need to purchase a regular day park ticket and make a Disney Park Pass reservation for Magic Kingdom Park.

Minal, with very low crowds and a total of six hours to enjoy the park, I believe you’ll get to enjoy just about everything you’ll want to experience at Magic Kingdom Park during the after-hours event!
