Hi Angel! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
Plans change and I understand needing to make adjustments to your vacation. I hope you've got a new date picked out for your visit and you're looking forward to all the magic that awaits you. I love anticipating my next visit!
Disneyland admission tickets are non-refundable, however, they never lose their value even after expiration, so long as they are unused. If you have an unused ticket you would like to use on a date different from the one you originally selected, you simply need to cancel your
theme park reservation and select a new date and park subject to availability and price changes. If your ticket is a one-day ticket, you'll need to pay the difference to select a higher Tier day, but you won't receive a refund if you're selecting a lower Tier. You can call the
Tickets Phone Line if you have additional questions about the Tier system and pricing differences and a friendly Cast Member will assist you.
I can walk you through how to go about canceling your reservation and booking a new one. Log on to the Disneyland website. Under "My Disneyland" on the top right side of the page, you'll see "Ticket and Reservation Details." If you select "Ticket and Reservation Details," you should find your existing theme park reservation and be able to cancel it. Just be sure that you've checked the
Theme Park Availability Calendar to ensure your new preferred date and park are available since they do book up. Once you've canceled, you'll be able to
book your new theme park reservation subject to that availability.
There are a lot of new things to experience at Disneyland Resort with the
Disney100 Celebration underway, which I know you don't want to miss. You can check the
Disney Parks Blog for all the updates and the
Entertainment Schedule to help select when you'd next like to visit.
I hope your next visit is right around the corner.
Elizabeth
