HI!! I plan to request a Disability card for my daughter during our stay and I would like to request it the day we get there before we enter the parks the next day. Where do I go to request it without going in MK? I do like to be prepared ahead of time!!!

    Welcome back, Susan!

Being prepared is the key to a successful vacation! You can request the Disability Access Service (DAS) at any theme park Guest Relations, including the Guest Relations Windows, located just outside of the theme park admission gates. On our recent visit, we went to the Magic Kingdom Guest Relations Window to update my son's DAS. We were able to complete the process the night before and did not need to use an admission ticket. The next morning we were ready to start our adventure at the Magic Kingdom!

Susan, one important thing to note is that DAS is electronically linked to theme park admission media (MagicBands or tickets). You will complete a registration process that collects basic information such as name, party size, length of stay and the recipient's photo. It is important that all members of your party be present when you request DAS so that everyone's media can be associated with the DAS recipient.

I hope this helps with your preparation! Please let me know if you have further questions as you continue your planning.

    Have a magical day!
