    We want to plan a repeat trip to WDW May2016 but discounts aren't yet published for that time. If we book now and applicable discount is later released can we get the discount without losing our hotel reservation (and dining reservations)?

    Hi Beth,

    Sure thing!  You have nothing to lose by making your reservations now.  If a Special Offer is released in the future which you would like to take advantage of you may call the phone number listed in this link for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and have it applied to your existing reservation.  The key is to call as soon as possible after a Special Offer has been released because there are a limited number of Special Offers available for each Resort hotel. 

    You do not need to worry about losing your Advanced Dining Reservations if you modify your Resort hotel reservation since Advanced Dining Reservations are made independent of your Disney Resort hotel reservations.  All Guests may make Advanced Dining Reservations whether or not they are staying in a Disney Resort hotel.
