    Hi, we plan to rent a car when we check out of our resort (staying at the Polynesian). I've heard of the Car Care rental center that is located near the Magic Kingdom. Is this place accessible via the monorail or will we need to travel there by taxi?

    There are two car rental locations on Disney property both of which are both operated by National / Alamo.

    1/ The Car Care Center (near the Magic Kingdom)

    Hours: 6am to 8pm Monday - Friday and 6am to 6pm on Saturday & Sunday


    2/ The Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort 
    1500 Epcot Resort Blvd
    Orlando , FL 32830
    Phone: (407) 934-4930
    Hours: 8am to 4pm each day

    We have always chosen the Car Care Center mainly due to its longer operating hours and efficient shuttle service which collects you from and returns you to your resort or park of choice.

    You simply give them a call from your Disney Resort hotel to arrange a time for their shuttle to pick you up and take you to the Car Care Center. If you want to collect your car very early in a morning, you will be better off taking a taxi.
