Hi, Shirley! To make sure everyone in your group is able to access the Memory Maker entitlement, you need to link every Guest and their park tickets to your
Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience account, checking the option to allow sharing of photos for all people. This way, if any member of the group stops by a PhotoPass location or enjoys an attraction that features on-ride photography or video, their picture or video will magically be added to the Memory Maker in your My Disney Experience account. Even though you are staying offsite, your Memory Maker purchase will provide you with the on-ride photos and videos. Since everyone in your party does not have a MagicBand, they can have the PhotoPass photographer scan their park ticket or just use one of the PhotoPass cards given by the photographer. You can later
add the PhotoPass cards to your Memory Maker account on the Disney PhotoPass website, where you can see all of the fantastic pictures and videos from your trip.
You can purchase Memory Maker at any time in advance of your trip, even a year ahead if you would like. Be sure to check
this link for current pricing and rules on the advance purchase. As long as you purchase Memory Maker three days before you take your first pixie-dusted picture, it will include the pictures taken on the first day of your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to keep an eye on the calendar to take advantage of the advance purchase price. If the date does slip up on you, you can still purchase Memory Maker at the full price, which will include photos taken immediately afterwards.
I hope you have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, and please let me know if you have any further questions!
