Shawayne, you'll have lots of beautiful spots around the resort to choose from, including the Three Bridges Walkway that spans across the lake. Still, I'm a HUGE fan of a fireworks proposal, and luckily for you, this is actually possible at Coronado Springs!
First, use your
My Disney Experience app to make an Advanced Dining Reservation at
Toledo - Tapas, Steak, & Seafood. I just took a peek at availability for your arrival date, and I'm happy to report that as of right now, there are still plenty of tables for two! Situated at the very top of Gran Destino Tower, Toledo is intimate and romantic, with absolutely
incredible food. The restaurant features sweeping views of the surrounding area and even a gorgeous vaulted ceiling that changes colors before your eyes!
Shawayne, when you make your dinner reservation at Toledo, aim for a timeslot around 7:30 PM. This will give you enough time to eat before heading out to the rooftop patio, where you can view fireworks from EPCOT's
Luminous The Symphony of Us! This epic fireworks show will begin at 9 PM on the date of your visit, so plan your big moment accordingly! Afterwards, head over to the adjacent
Dahlia Lounge for a celebratory champagne toast!
Bonus Tip: Don't forget to stop by the front desk after your engagement to pick up your Celebration Buttons! These customizable buttons will help you share your big news with the world. In my experience, they bring lots of well-wishes from other guests and Disney Cast Members, and sometimes even a little extra pixie dust!
