I like to plan as much as possible before I get to WDW. My family will be there the first week of April 2018 and we can't wait! I was wondering where can I find quick service allergy-friendly menus on the website? My daughter has a milk allergy.

    Hi Andrea!

My son has multiple food allergies, so I can definitely understand the need to pre-plan vacations as much as possible to ensure safe and tasty allergy-friendly meals. In my experience, the Walt Disney World Resort Cast Members and Chefs have always done a fantastic job of taking care of my son's special diet.

Unfortunately, allergy-friendly menus are not posted on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Because of the possibility of menu changes, I always recommend that you ask for an allergy-friendly menu at the restaurant you are interested in during your trip and ask to speak to a chef or manager to help you order and ensure your daughter's can get a safe meal. To get specific information about accommodating your daughter's dairy allergy at Walt Disney World Resort quick service locations, you can always contact the Special Diets Team by emailing them at special.diets@disneyworld.com.

In my experience, I have always been able to find a safe option for my son to enjoy at all of the quick service restaurants on property. If we are enjoying snack or a specialty item, such as popcorn or Dole Whip, or if I am trying to find something for my son to eat when he is feeling in a picky mood or is set on a specific food item, I will go through the line myself to determine the safe options for him while the rest of my family enjoys another activity, such as an attraction, show or gift shop. That way if the quick service location is not the best option for us, we can move to something else while avoiding disappointment.

Please let us know if you have any questions as you continue to countdown the sleeps until your trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
