Hi Tenika,
Welcome to planDisney!
Well, this is happy news! Planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort is as much fun as the trip itself! So, let's get started. I can provide some suggestions. Once you are ready to book, you can
book online or you may
speak to a cast member directly.
First things first, take a look at the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. Once you find a few that look like good options, do some comparison pricing on
vacation packages. Check the
Special Offers as well to see if there is one that still has some availability for your dates. I did see
one offer that might work for your trip! Since your dates are coming up soon, I suggest that you book a vacation package as soon as possible - decide how many days you will need
theme park tickets and whether or not you will add one of the
Disney Dining Plans.
I always check prices with a few different resort hotels. My family loves resort hotels that are within walking distance to one or more theme parks. Disney's Contemporary Resort is one of our favorites! Once you get that vacation package booked, take some time to review the dining options available at the theme parks and your resort. I highly recommend making
advanced dining reservations. With your arrival date, you are already within that
booking window. Be sure to make reservations for at least one
character meal. Also try
Space 220 Lounge - my girls and I love it!
Tenika, once you get that vacation package booked and make a few dining reservations, you will be almost ready to go! Continue to do some research - make note of the fireworks times for
Happily Ever After and
Luminous The Symphony of Us. Both of these shows are gorgeous but Happily Ever After is our favorite. Sprinkling a little extra pixie dust trusting you to get those plans made!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
