I plan on ordering park tickets over the phone with Disney as I have many gift cards. How long will it take to be able to link FP after I purchase tickets? Thank you

    Hey, Rebecca!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love using Disney Gift Cards to pay for everything Disney. It's like using magic to buy more magic.

When you have finished paying for your Magic Your Way tickets with Disney Gift Cards, the Cast Member should give you a ticket identification number. This 12-digit ID number can be linked to your Disney account through My Disney Experience. Once that is done you should be able to make FastPass+ reservations immediately provided you are within your 30-day or 60-day window. 30 days for Guests staying offsite and 60 days for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Disney Dad Tip 1: I always stay on the phone with Cast Members to make sure that my tickets, hotel or dining reservations are correctly linked. This saves me time from having to call back if there are any issues.

Disney Dad Tip 2: You may also link tickets, make dining reservations, see show times and even "Get Directions" at Walt Disney World Resort with the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

Rebecca, enjoy making many Magical Memories at Walt Disney World Resort!
