I plan on ordering my Disneyland park tickets through my work. I don’t see where I make a reservation. How do I make a reservation when not getting tickets through a Disney site?

    Hey there Theresa,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question and happy to hear that you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort soon - how exciting!

Currently, to enter one of the parks of the Disneyland Resort, you're correct that you need both valid theme park tickets and theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit.

When you submitted your question, it looked like you indicated that you were hoping to visit the parks starting January 13. However, as of the time that I'm answering your question, it doesn't look like there are any available theme park reservations on the calendar until January 16. If you haven't already made your theme park reservations (more on that below) then you may need to reconsider when you're planning on visiting.

As for how to link your tickets and make those reservations, when you purchase your tickets, you'll want to use your ticket ID or barcode to link your tickets to your My Disney account. My preferred way of doing this is through the Disneyland mobile app. To do this, you'll tap the menu button (three horizontal lines in the bottom right) then select "Tickets and Passes" and then "Link Tickets & Passes." From here, you can enter your ticket information and it should then be linked to your account!

If you're having trouble finding this information, you'll want to reach out to the third party that you purchased your tickets from.

Once the tickets are linked, I like using the My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website to make and manage all the different reservations for my upcoming trips - including theme park reservations.

To do this, you can hover over the theme park reservations button and select "Make a Reservation." It'll take you to the reservation page and walk you through the next steps.

Once those reservations are made then you're all set for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Thanks again for your question, Theresa! I hope you have a wonderful time on your trip to the Disneyland Resort.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
