    I plan to order groceries to our resort (Art of Animation). I'm ordering a case of water, juice and milk which will be pretty heavy to carry the nearly 1/4 mi to my room. Are there carts for guest use or will bell services deliver these items?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Brilliant! It's a fantastic idea to save some money and have exactly what you want by ordering groceries. We have done this several times and appreciate the savings that we use towards other memories or souvenirs at Walt Disney World Resort.

    When your groceries arrive just ask Bell Services for some assistance with heavy items either by cart or trolly. They may be busy with other Guests at the time of your request but they will help you. Please alert the Front Desk that you are expecting a delivery and which service you are using. We have always had to be present in our room for third party room deliveries. If it's coming directly from Disney such as Disney Floral and Gifts then they will leave it in your room.

    One time at Disney Polynesian Village Resort, we were driven in a golf cart with all of our luggage to our building. Carrying everything would have taken several trips.

    Disney Dad Tip 1: Disney's Art of Animation Resort offers Character drawing class for Guests of this Resort hotel for free at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend. It is usually held in the playroom near the front desk.
     
    Disney Dad Tip 2: If you leave a "Do Not Disturb" door tag on your door then no delivery or housekeeping service will enter your room without your permission or removal of the door tag.
