Hello. We would like to plan our next vacation to WDW for January 2018. Can you please tell me when the dates can actually be booked? Is it 18 months out? Thank you very much.

    Hello Cindy,

The Moms Panel loves early birds. You are off to a great start by visiting us to plan your magical vacation for 2018.   Walt Disney World hotel resort reservations can be made up to 500 days in advance.  That will be approximately, 1 year, 4 months and 15 days prior to your arrival date.  Reservations that far in advance can only be made via phone by calling, (407) 939-1936. Reservations made at this time will be for room only and will not include tickets and dining.  You will be quoted pricing for 2017 and your required deposit will be based on those prices and will increase when the 2018 package pricing is announced.  When the 2018 package pricing is available, typically the prior summer, you may then add tickets and dining to your reservation.

If you don't want the hassle of trying to figure out the number of days, package pricing, deposit and discounts, it would be a good idea to enlist the help of an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  Their services are free to you, but the guidance they can offer will be priceless.

We'll be here to help you plan that special trip, so please come back and see us.

Walt Disney captured my heart as a little girl and has not let go since. As a parent and grandparent, I have been to the Walt Disney World Resort with children of all ages, and also as empty nesters. I would like to share my years of experience so that you are able to start your own tradition of Walt Disney World memories, just as I have. Learn More About Leanne
