Hi Alicia! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by to send us your question about visiting the Disneyland Resort.

Congratulations on expecting another little Mouseketeer! The theme of the 70th Anniversary Celebration is "Celebrate Happy," and your family will definitely have a great reason to celebrate! The festivities for this magical celebration are only scheduled to last through this summer. If you can manage a late spring visit though, the celebration begins on May 16th!

The parades will be a highlight of the celebration, and I'm so excited about Paint the Night Parade returning to Disneyland Park. I'm also looking forward to seeing all of our pals at the “Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!” parade at Disney California Adventure Park. If you're able to visit, don't miss the new “World of Color Happiness!” nighttime spectacular which will also happen at California Adventure.
