So I plan to take my nephew to Disneyland this August. When I get in line do I tell the booth person he's 3. Do I take an ID ? Or they'll just assume he's 3? He will be turning 4 in September so he's pretty tall...

    Hi, Michelle!

I bet you are so excited to take your nephew to the Disneyland Resort. It is so fun seeing our little ones enjoy all the magic Mickey Mouse creates in the parks!

Whether your nephew is 3 or 4 really does not matter, since kids ages 3-9 require the same theme park ticket for admission. (Only our littlest Mouseketeers under the age of 3 get in for free.) But for future visits with any other little ones, proof of age is not required.

Kids at this age seem to really enjoy meeting their favorite Disney Pals. Make sure to stop by a few Meet and Greets to meet such friends as Olaf, Mickey Mouse, or even best buddies Buzz Lightyear and Woody! Don't forget to bring your autograph book and take lots of pictures.

Wishing you a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
